CPT T. Devin

Captain Taylor Devin (CPT T. Devin) is a foundational leader and co-founder of the 183rd Air Assault Realism Unit, a long-running Arma tactical military simulation community established in September 2014 alongside CPT C. Summers.

Throughout the unit's history, CPT Devin has filled core leadership billets, serving as Commanding Officer, Personnel Chief, and Company Commander for 1-183rd Alpha Company Headquarters ("Apache"). In these roles, Devin helped establish the community's organizational framework, overseeing recruitment, operational doctrine, personnel management, and combined-arms mission execution. Known for balancing disciplined tactical gameplay with an approachable community environment, CPT Devin played a pivotal role in shaping the 183rd from its early Arma 3 beginnings into an enduring realism unit active through Arma Reforger.

SFC M. Resja

Sergeant First Class M. Resja is a cornerstone veteran of the 183rd Air Assault Realism Unit, having joined the community during its founding year in 2014. Resja began his career in the skies, dedicating the vast majority of the Arma 3 era to the Combat Aviation detachment. Over the course of his aviation tenure, he became an integral pillar of the flight wing, ultimately rising to direct the detachment's day-to-day operations and tactical execution as both its Executive Officer (XO) and Commanding Officer (CO). Beyond the flight line, Resja contributed heavily behind the scenes across multiple administrative staff sections (S-Shops), helping manage the logistical and doctrinal frameworks that kept the unit organized between deployments.

Toward the tail end of Arma 3, Resja transitioned from the cockpit to boots-on-the-ground combat, reclassifying into the infantry. He carried that frontline commitment forward into the unit’s modern Arma Reforger chapter, where he continues to serve as an experienced non-commissioned officer. Bringing a rare, dual-perspective mastery of both rotary-wing air assault procedures and ground-level infantry tactics, SFC Resja remains a defining leader in the 183rd—mentoring new recruits, advising command, and bridging the gap between air support and tactical execution on the ground.

CPT S. Rainn

Captain S. Rainn serves as the Commanding Officer of Combat Aviation within the 183rd Air Assault Realism Unit, bringing an extensive pedigree of tactical milsim experience to the flight wing. Joining the 183rd in July 2025 during the unit’s revitalization for Arma Reforger, CPT Rainn arrived with more than 3,000 hours of military simulation background in Arma 3. His foundational years saw him rise from a frontline rifleman in the 3rd Ranger Battalion to senior command billets in the 43rd Marine Expeditionary Unit, capped by more than six years of expertise founding and running his own independent unit.

Upon enlisting in the 183rd, Rainn channeled his administrative background and operational knowledge into the aviation detachment, methodically working his way up through the chain of command. Now at the helm as Company Commander of Combat Aviation, CPT Rainn directs rotary-wing training, flight doctrine, and air-to-ground integration, ensuring that the 183rd's aviators deliver the disciplined transport, close air support, and air assault capabilities essential to modern Arma Reforger campaigns.

2LT E. Kaiser

Second Lieutenant E. Kaiser serves as the Executive Officer of Combat Aviation in the 183rd Air Assault Realism Unit. Enlisting in June 2026 during the unit’s Arma Reforger campaigns, Kaiser made an immediate impact on the flight line, rapidly advancing through the detachment's ranks to earn the billet of Aviation XO. Distinguished by sharp flight controls, calm and effective radio communication, and a dedicated drive to hone his milsim capabilities, 2LT Kaiser plays a central role in managing day-to-day aviation operations. Working alongside company leadership, he helps oversee pilot standards, tactical coordination, and seamless air-to-ground mission support.
